What I collect, why, and how long I keep it. Written to be read rather than to be complied with.
What I collect
The data controller is Offlux, which trades as The Portfolio Office. I collect only what you send me: the fields on the contact form, anything you attach or link, and the email thread that follows. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you become a student, to run the engagement. I do not sell, rent, or share enquiry data with anyone, including partner schools or agents.
Student work
Your work is yours. I ask separately and in writing before showing any student work, offer letter, or quotation publicly, and consent can be withdrawn at any time, at which point the material comes off the site.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Engagement records are kept for the period required for tax and contract purposes and then deleted.
Your rights and contact
Ask me for a copy of what I hold, or ask me to delete it, at consult@of-flux.com, and I will answer within thirty days. You can withdraw consent for anything you have allowed me to publish at any time, and the material comes off the site.
